  1. Cut the fish into portions, sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, pepper, put in a heat-resistant mold, greased with vegetable oil.
  2. Cabbage and carrot mix, simmer on vegetable oil, adding soy sauce, 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add sour cream to the “fur coat”, mix well, simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Put the “fur coat” on the fish, preheat the oven to 180 °, bake for 20-25 minutes.
