or any red fish fillet

Seaweed

Carrots (Korean, ready)

Sour cream

tablespoons
Soy sauce

tablespoon
Lemon juice
Salt
Black pepper
Vegetable oil
Instructions
Cut the fish into portions, sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, pepper, put in a heat-resistant mold, greased with vegetable oil.
Cabbage and carrot mix, simmer on vegetable oil, adding soy sauce, 5-7 minutes.
Add sour cream to the “fur coat”, mix well, simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Put the “fur coat” on the fish, preheat the oven to 180 °, bake for 20-25 minutes.
