Baking powder
Instructions
Whisk the whites with a pinch of salt to steady peaks, gradually adding sugar.
Add vanilla essence and lemon zest to the yolks.
Mix the whites and yolks.
Mix flour, baking powder and starch.
Add the dry ingredients to the beaten eggs and mix gently.
Put half of the dough in a greased form.
Put the pulp of pitted oranges and films on the dough.
Cover with the second half of the dough.
Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Before serving, whisk cream with powdered sugar and add fruit.
