  3. Peel the carrots and cut them into half rings.
  4. Celery is also cleaned and cut into cubes.
  5. Finely chop the celery leaves.
  6. Fry the onion in oil.
  7. Add all the chopped vegetables to the onion and simmer, salt, pepper and add garlic, simmer almost until soft. If you use fresh dill, then also stew it with these vegetables.
  8. Cut the fish fillet into large pieces.
  9. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil (you can use broth, but there’s no point in that) and add the contents of the pan, tomato paste or canned tomatoes, fish fillets, fennel (if you use spices) to it – I recommend putting it on the grill and taking it out when the soup is ready, because fennel will be unpleasant to get into between the teeth).
  10. Add salt and pepper to taste, add more garlic or fennel. Lightly beat with a mixer (do not bring it to the state of cream, the fish should turn out in small pieces). The soup is ready!
