  1. Cut the pepper randomly. Chop the onion and garlic.
  2. Cut the zucchini into strips. Chop the carrots.
  3. Fry the onion on the stove in vegetable oil for 3 minutes, add the carrots, zucchini – continue frying for another five minutes.
  4. Add sweet pepper, seasoning, salt and pepper, and fry for another ten minutes. Season with garlic and mix.
  5. Serve hot. Bon Appetit!!!
