  1. Prepare a classic homemade mayonnaise. I do this: I break the eggs into a high, not too wide container, for example, into the bowl of a combine. I do this carefully so that the yolks do not spread. We’ll only need them. Add salt, sugar and mustard. And whisk the mixture until smooth. I do this with a whipping nozzle. Then I pour the oil in a thin stream, continuing to beat. When the sauce thickens, add the lemon juice and whisk the mayonnaise again. Add curry, pepper and dill. Mix it.
  2. I used a food processor to prepare the dressing.
