Soft, delicate waffles. This is what my husband likes. On the contrary, it tastes crispy to me. But these, with a slight piquant note, we liked both. They ate with pleasure. We treat you too!
Add sour cream, sweet soy sauce (I used Kikkoman TM).
You can use salt, but soy sauce surprisingly emphasizes and reveals the taste of waffles. Try what it costs when baking!
Beat at low speed until smooth.
The baking powder is stewed with lemon juice.
Pour half of the flour into the egg-sour cream mixture and the prepared baking powder.
Mix well on medium speed for 30 seconds.
Pour in the remaining flour and knead a homogeneous dough at medium speed. It will take no more than 1 minute.
Pour the dough into a waffle iron, considering that when baking it will increase sufficiently in volume. Bake until cooked, focusing on the waffle iron. It took me 5 minutes. It turned out 45 hearts.
