I suggest cooking a delicious noodle soup. This soup requires a minimal set of products, but always a great result! The soup can be cooked both on broth (chicken or beef) and on water, then you will get an excellent lean soup.

  1. Cut vegetables into cubes: onions, carrots, potatoes.
  2. Pour vegetable oil into the saucepan in which the soup will be prepared and fry the chopped vegetables for 5 minutes.
  3. Add 2 liters of broth. If you want to make a lean soup, you can just add water. The result will not be worse.
  4. Add spices: salt, pepper, bay leaf. Mix everything thoroughly and cook for about 15 minutes after boiling over medium heat.
  5. Add the vermicelli and cook for about 10 minutes.
  6. Ready!
