  1. Add eggs, salt, sugar, vegetable oil to the sour cream, mix well.
  2. Add flour and mix.
  3. Leave the dough to “rest” for 15 minutes.
  4. Fry the pancakes as usual in a frying pan on both sides.
  5. I got 18 pieces with a diameter of 17 cm.
  6. For the filling, I used cottage cheese, whipped it with a blender, added sugar.
  7. All the pancakes are ready. The filling for these sour cream pancakes can be any to your taste.
  8. If desired, they can be fried before use. Enjoy your meal!
