Very interesting combination of sweet fruits and spicy carrots. Juicy, fresh, tasty, healthy! The original salad recipe from healthy and affordable products.
First, peel the orange from perehodom. This is an optional step, but it takes a maximum of 10 minutes, and as a result the orange in the salad feels much juicier.
Peel the carrots and grate on a coarse grater.
Raisins and dried prunes to wash and dry. Chop the prunes.
Cut the celery stalk.
For refuelling mix juice halves of lemon, halves of orange slice, vegetable oil, chopped greens and garlic. Nuts lightly dry in a frying pan.
Combine all the ingredients, while cutting oranges and nuts. Pour the dressing, salt and pepper to taste. Very tasty!
