  1. Wash the potatoes well and peel them from the young peel and cut into 1×1 cm cubes .
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, spices and salt to the sliced potatoes, mix well.
  3. Fillet cut into cubes the size of potatoes.
  4. Combine everything, mix and put in a baking dish. I use a transparent saucepan with a lid for a microwave oven. Distribute the potatoes with chicken in the form, cover with a lid (if not, with foil), cook in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 50 minutes.
  5. After the specified time, remove the baking sheet from the oven, carefully open the lid, mix the contents slightly and sprinkle with pre-grated cheese on top. Without the lid, put the mold back in the oven for 5 minutes.
  6. Young hot potatoes with chicken are ready, when serving, you can add sour cream, cheese and fresh herbs. Enjoy your meal!
