Spicy Salad with young Radishes Recipe
Spring and summer time pleases us with its juicy aromatic greens. I want to offer you a real spring vitamin salad.

  1. Young radishes together with the tops are well washed.
  2. Trim the “tails”.
  3. Part of the young radish is left with the tops (if the radish is large, it must be cut in half with the tops), and the rest is cut into large blocks.
  4. Transfer the prepared radish to a bowl and pour boiling water, leave for 1 min. Then we drain the water.
  5. As soon as the water is drained from the radish, pour it with lemon juice.
  6. Cut the onion into half rings and add it to the radish in a bowl. Garlic is passed through a press. Add ground black pepper, red hot pepper, sesame oil.
  7. Add vegetable oil and sesame seeds to the pan. Fry.
  8. Pour red-hot oil on the radish.
  9. Add soy sauce, wine vinegar, and mix.
  10. A bunch of coriander and green onions finely cut.
  11. Add the greens to the salad and mix. Put the salad in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. in order for the salad to get soaked. Lettuce is great for shish kebab.
