Today I have a delicious spicy side dish of red beans and rice. I usually serve it to a man with homemade sausages or baked ribs, but it is very self-sufficient and satisfying, and I myself eat it as an independent dish.
I soaked the beans overnight, and then washed, boiled until ready.
I remind you that beans are best cooked in three waters. Boil – drain the water, pour fresh and so on three times.
Fry the onion and garlic in vegetable oil, add cilantro, dill, parsley, bell pepper and chili.
Add the rice and fry for 5 minutes.
Fill with water, add finely chopped tomatoes, boiled beans, ground black pepper, cumin, salt. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
We put it in a pot, put circles of tomatoes on top, put it in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
