  1. Chop the potatoes (2 pcs.) and carrots with a food processor.
  2. Then rinse the potatoes and carrots in cold water to remove the starch from the potatoes.
  3. Add 5 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the pan. Preheat a frying pan over medium heat. Next, lay out the cubes of potatoes and carrots. Fry the potatoes and carrots over medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Add the spice mixture. Stir the vegetables.
  5. Cauliflower (250 gr.) disassemble into inflorescences, rinse in cold water.
  6. Add cauliflower to potatoes and carrots. Add salt and pepper with ground black pepper to taste, add water, about 1/2 cup. Put the vegetable mixture in a frying pan and simmer until the potatoes and carrots are soft. Cabbage, if desired, can be stewed until Al dente. I want to pay attention, I did not add onions to the vegetable mixture. I cook this side dish without adding onions. If desired, you can add onions. Add the bay leaf three to five minutes before cooking.
  7. This side dish is very suitable for meat and fish dishes. It can be served as an independent dish. Enjoy your meal!
