  4. Peel and finely chop the onion.
  5. Rinse the rice and boil it in salted water until it is half cooked. Drain the water from the rice.

  8. We stuff the pepper with our minced meat.
  9. Put the pepper in a heat-resistant mold. There was more pepper – it didn’t matter. Put the rest in a freezer bag and put it in the freezer. The reserve for unexpected guests is ready.
  10. Let’s move on to the second step. You can, of course, just put the pepper in a saucepan, pour a mixture of ketchup with sour cream and put it on the fire, but it’s too simple and not so tasty. So, prepare the sauce for stewing in the oven.
  11. Peel the onion and cut into quarters of rings.
  12. Preheat the frying pan, add vegetable oil. As soon as it warms up, put the onion in the pan. It should not burn, even turn golden. It should become transparent.
  13. Grate the carrots on a fine grater and send it to the onion. As soon as the carrots change color, add a tablespoon of tomato paste.
  14. As soon as the mixture in the pan becomes homogeneous, add the garlic passed through the press. Mix everything together.
  15. Add 4 tablespoons of sour cream to the mold and mix everything together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
  16. Pour a glass of boiled water into a saucepan and mix everything together. Simmer the contents over low heat for 5 minutes.
  17. Finely chop the parsley and dill and add to the pan.
  18. Mix everything together. Try. If there is not enough salt, add more.
  19. Pour the resulting sauce over the pepper.
  20. Send the form with pepper in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for one hour. In an hour we have such a ready-made dish. Enjoy your meal.
