Instructions
  1. Mix the cottage cheese and egg yolk, mix. If the cheese is too dry, add about 2-3 tablespoons of sour cream. (I also added the remains of condensed milk (about 2-3 tablespoons), but this is not necessary in the recipe; if you want, you can also add it).
  2. Pour in the milk, mix again. A homogeneous mass is obtained.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites into a strong foam, add to the curd mass, mix gently.
  4. It turns out an air mass.
  5. In a blender, mix the peeled strawberries (or other berries) with sugar, whisk, turn into a puree. Add sugar to taste. I love sweets, so I added 100 grams of sugar. If you like it less sweet, then feel free to reduce or add like me.
  6. The resulting puree is injected into the curd mass.
  7. Stir, add flour, stir.
  8. It turns out such a beautiful pink dough.
  9. Grease the baking dish with butter, sprinkle with semolina.
  10. Pour out the dough. Align it.
  11. Bake in a preheated 170 degree oven for about an hour. Don’t wait for a dry match, it’s not a pie, but a pudding.
