Strudel with Pickled Cabbage Recipe
I really like sauerkraut pies. Now prepare the strudel with the filling. This is a great dish for Lent. Be sure to try to cook, you will like it.

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Chop the onion, fry until transparent, then add the cabbage and fry. Add soy sauce, sugar, pepper to taste.
  2. Mix the sifted flour and salt in a cup. Gradually add the butter and flour and knead the dough. If necessary, you can still add 2-3 teaspoons of water.
  3. Knead the dough on the work surface for 15-20 minutes until it becomes homogeneous and elastic. Roll a ball out of the finished dough, put it on a plate or in a bowl. Then pour boiling water into the cup that will cover the dough, wait until the cup heats up. Pour water, wipe the cup dry and cover our dough. Leave on for 20-30 minutes. Roll out the finished dough thinly.
  4. Put the cabbage on the dough, sprinkle with chopped parsley, carefully roll up the roll. Grease the top with fat.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180C. Cook the strudel for about 20-25 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
