Heat oil in a frying pan. Onions chop, fry until transparent, then add the cabbage and fry. Add soy sauce, sugar, pepper to taste.
Mix in a Cup of sifted flour and salt. Gradually add butter and flour and knead the dough. If necessary, you can still add 2-3 teaspoons of water.
Knead the dough on the work surface for 15-20 minutes until smooth and elastic. From ready-made dough make a ball, put on a plate or in a bowl. Then in the Cup, which will cover the dough to pour boiling water, wait until the Cup is heated. Pour the water, wipe the Cup dry and cover our dough. Leave to rest for 20-30 minutes. Ready dough thinly roll out.
On the dough put the cabbage, sprinkle with chopped parsley, gently roll the roulade. On top of the grease.
Heat oven to 180C. Cook strudel for about 20-25 minutes.
