We prepare the chicken thighs, my dry them. If desired, you can slightly tear off the skin.
Then beat off, make the chicken thighs a little thinner. ( Personally, I beat it off, at the end of cooking!)
Transfer to a deep bowl, salt, pepper and add the seasoning for the chicken, mix.
Add mayonnaise ( sour cream ), and mix again. We remove it to the side for 30 minutes.
Cut the Bulgarian pepper into a cube, transfer it to a bowl.
Cut the tomato into a cube, put it in a bowl.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater, transfer it to a bowl, where the tomato and bell pepper are.
Then add the sour cream and mix.
On the beaten chicken thighs, we put the filling, and wrap it in a roll. We fasten it with a toothpick. We transfer it to a baking sheet, send it to the preheated oven until ready. My chicken rolls were baked for about 1 hour and 40 minutes. To have a more ruddy crust, you can pour the rolls with “broth” that appeared during baking.
