  2. The first step is to prepare the pepper. Cut off the side part to leave the other half with a tail, and peel it from the seeds.
  3. Now let’s prepare the filling. Cut the meat and pumpkin into small cubes, finely chop the onion. Mix everything together, add salt.
  4. Preparing the sauce. We take mayonnaise, ketchup, garlic, pass it through a garlic press, mix everything and add about a glass of water. We try, if necessary, to add salt.
  5. Fill the peppers and put them in a mold.
  6. Brush each pepper with a small amount of mayonnaise.
  7. On the bottom of the mold (not on the peppers!) pour the sauce over them and send them to a preheated 200 ° oven for 30 minutes.
  8. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
  9. After 30 minutes, we take out our peppers, sprinkle with cheese and pumpkin seeds and send them to the oven for another 15 minutes
  10. We take the peppers out of the oven, if we have time – decorate with greenery and enjoy this bright, autumn dish. Enjoy your meal!
