Sunflower Halva with Cranberries Recipe
Do not deny yourself the pleasure! After all, on a sunny spring morning it is so nice to drink a cup of strong coffee with a piece of halva, which carries not only a great taste, but also a lot of benefits. Try it for sure, it’s not difficult at all, and it’s so delicious!

  1. Fry the peeled sunflower seeds in a frying pan until they acquire a beige-brownish color. Cool.
  2. Wash and dry the dried cranberries.
  3. Grind the seeds and cranberries in a blender until smooth. But don’t cook porridge.
  4. Add honey.
  5. Put on gloves and mix all the ingredients well with your hands. The mass will become sticky and greasy, as the seeds will begin to secrete oil.
  6. Then transfer the finished mass into a container covered with cling film and tamp it well. Or use a selicon mold for sweets, as in my case. Put the halva in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
  7. You can make coffee and serve it to the table!
