  1. The dough is purchased puff yeast. The filling for bagels is absolutely any, I have canned cherries without pits. I added sugar for the ears, and cinnamon for the flavor. It will also be very tasty if you add orange or lemon zest. And, besides, a little more sugar, because cherries are not very sweet. Yolk for lubrication.
  2. Ears first. I roll out the dough a little, but it turns out wider, and I twist the ears.
