  1. Cut the onion and mushrooms into small cubes. Fry the onion in a frying pan with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil for about 1 min., add the mushrooms, salt to taste and fry until the liquid evaporates from the mushrooms. Let it cool down. Meanwhile, grate 2 hard-boiled eggs.
  2. Add 1 raw egg to the minced meat. Add salt, black pepper and spices to taste. Mix and whisk the minced meat. Divide the minced meat into 8 parts. Form a cake from each part and put it in a greased 1 tbsp vegetable oil baking dish.
  3. Make small holes in the cakes.
  4. We put fried onions with mushrooms in the recesses. Put the eggs on top.
  5. Now grate the peeled raw potatoes on a coarse grater. Add mayonnaise and stir. Put the potatoes on the eggs. Cover the mold with foil and send it to the oven preheated to 200 g for 25-35 minutes, look in your oven.
  6. Then grate the cheese on a coarse grater, sprinkle the meatballs with cheese and send them to the oven for another 15-20 minutes without foil.
