In a deep bowl spread the minced meat, add sour cream two tablespoons, grated potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir Well.
Onions clean and cut into small cubes. Add to the mince, mix well.
Clean and wash the mushrooms. Take about one tablespoon of minced meat, flatten, put in the center of the champignon.
Form a ball.
Wash the leaves of the cabbage. On every leaf put an our meatballs and turn.
Pour sunflower oil on a heated frying pan and put the meatballs.
Fry over medium heat and turn to the other side.
In a deep bowl dilute the water, tomato paste and two tablespoons of sour cream. Salt to taste. Pour the meatballs. Turn down the heat, cover and leave for 40 minutes. When serving sprinkle with herbs (optional).
