I offer a recipe for a very tasty cake. Tender dough on yogurt, delicious cream and chocolate, what else is needed for happiness! The ingredients are measured in a 250 ml glass.
The amount of ingredients is designed for a detachable mold with a size of 25×35 cm. For a cake mold with a diameter of 25 cm, half is enough.
Beat eggs with sugar, gradually pour in sunflower oil, add white yogurt without flavoring additives, mix.
Add the sifted flour mixed with baking powder and mix.
Cover the bottom of the mold with baking paper, pour out the dough and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes, focusing on your oven. Ready to check with a match.
Remove the finished cake from the oven and cool it without removing it from the mold. Brush generously with any jam to taste.
Whisk the cream to thick peaks, add mascarpone and mix. Add powdered sugar to taste, remember the sweetness of the jam.
Fill the gelatin with three tablespoons of water, wait until it swells. Heat in a water bath until completely dissolved.
Add two tablespoons of cream to the cooled gelatin and mix. Then pour all this into the remaining cream and mix with a whisk. Put the cream on the jam and smooth it out. Sprinkle chocolate on top, grated on a fine grater.
Put the mold in the refrigerator for two hours. Then remove the bumpers, and you’re done.
