  1. Wash and dry the chicken. Separate the skin from the breast and pierce the meat several times with a toothpick.
  2. Cut the zest from the orange and lemon halves.
  3. Using a food processor and a grater attachment, I crushed the zest and then the garlic.
  4. Add the chopped zest and garlic to the soy sauce.
  5. Add honey and wait until it dissolves.
  6. Mix the juice of half an orange with starch. Then connect the two masses.
  7. Brush the chicken with marinade, paying special attention to the breast meat under the skin.
  8. Leave to marinate for at least 2 hours.
  9. Put the carcass in a heat-resistant mold, tie the legs, wrap the tips of the wings with foil so that they do not burn. Bake the chicken in a preheated 180 degree oven, covered with foil, for the first 40 minutes of baking. Then remove the foil and cook until browned for about 20 minutes more.
