Instructions
Wash the tomatoes and herbs and peel the garlic.
Cut the tomatoes into plates and place them on a platter or tray, season with salt and pepper.
Mix ground garlic, mustard, sugar, vinegar in a bowl, then stir in the vegetable oil.
In a wide salad bowl or for a more festive serving in a wide glass, spread the cream in layers of tomatoes, sauce, herbs, hops-suneli.
So lay out several layers. Decorate as desired.
Remove to the refrigerator for combining flavors, for 20 minutes. Serve the tomatoes chilled.
