Tomato Soup with Sweet Pepper and Beef Recipe
Thick, nutritious and “warming” tomato soup with beef. An easy-to-prepare soup with a good mixture of pepper, tomatoes, basil, ginger and beef.

  1. Prepare the products. Wash and dry the peppers and herbs. Beef needs to be cleaned from the films. Blanch the tomatoes and peel them off.
  2. Beef is diced and marinated in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce with a tablespoon of vegetable oil and black pepper.
  3. Pepper cut into strips. Ginger is a thin straw. Crush the garlic. Cut green onions into rings.
  4. Cut the peeled tomatoes into cubes.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan with a thick bottom, put the beef and fry quickly until golden brown. Remove the beef from the pan.
  6. Put ginger and garlic in a frying pan, fry quickly until a characteristic aroma appears.
  7. Add pepper, fry, stirring, for about 5 minutes.
  8. Add the diced tomatoes, wait until they let the juice out, and add the tomatoes in their own juice.
  9. Return the beef to the pan, bring to a boil, reduce the heat, add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, black pepper (and chili) to taste, add green onions and a handful of basil leaves, all together, let it cook for about 5 minutes.
  10. Pour the finished soup on plates and sprinkle with basil.
