Put on the fire pan with broth. I have a frying pan and water with dry soup.
Chicken breast cut into strips, carrots too long, thin straw. Mushrooms cut into plates. To put all this into the boiling broth, add vinegar, add black and red pepper, reduce the heat and simmer for 6-8 minutes.
In a cup mix starch, sugar, soy sauce. A thin stream pour the mixture into the soup.
Beat egg in a separate bowl.
Pour it into the soup and wait for the egg to roll.
Green onions chopped and put in the soup when serving.
