Suitable as a snack. A great addition to shish kebab, any meat, cutlets. The marinade turns out amazing. There is quite a bit of fuss, but you need to stand 48 hours in the refrigerator.
Rinse the tomatoes with water, cut in half and cut off the stalk.
Finely chop the peeled greens and mix with chopped garlic, black and red (optional) pepper.
For the marinade, mix water, ketchup, salt and sugar.
Lay out layers of tomatoes in a mold with a wide bottom, cut the greens on them, and so on to the end. Pour all the marinade. The marinade should almost cover the tomatoes. If this does not happen, pour some more water. Refrigerate for 48 hours.
