  1. Put the minced meat in a bowl.
  2. Add to the minced meat finely chopped onions, carrots, tomatoes, rice, salt and black pepper and mix.
  3. I cut the peppers in half lengthwise, keeping the tail.
  4. We remove the seeds, leave the tail, it decorates the dish and does not allow the pepper to fall apart.
  5. We stuff our halves, put the minced meat with a slide and press it tightly. Put in a deep saucepan with a thick bottom, pour about 1.5 cups of water and cook under the lid for 60 minutes. Add water if necessary. When the fire is removed, leave the saucepan on the stove for 20 minutes, so that all the ingredients are made friends.
  6. Ready-made peppers sprinkle with sweet ground red pepper, pour a little olive oil. We transfer the peppers to a suitable container and take them on a picnic. Already in the clearing, we lay out portions and, if desired, you can add sour cream.
