I present to Your attention Stuffed with fish pepper, baked in the oven. This dish is not very high-calorie and very tasty! We were treated to a small sturgeon, and, in principle, there can be any juicy fish!
In the form in which you will bake peppers-pour half the norm of olive oil, place the peppers, cut in half and cleaned. Cut the fish into pieces-fill the peppers.
Add salt and pepper, add onion.
Cut the tomatoes-cover the peppers with them. Grate the cheese on a grater-sprinkle on top of the tomatoes. Pour the remaining olive oil over the peppers and put in the oven (I had not preheated the oven)for 25-30 minutes. After 15 minutes (after setting in the oven) sprinkle more Parmesan.
