Vanilla-Chocolate Pudding Recipe
When I saw this recipe, I immediately fell in love with it! I realized that this combination is probably my favorite! And I was not mistaken! In fact, these are two puddings that are served in layers together. You can also make just one of these puddings – chocolate or vanilla solo. It’s also delicious, but together it’s just a fairy tale!

Instructions
  1. Mix sugar and flour in a saucepan, add milk. Put the mixture on the fire,
  2. Bring to a boil, cook a little, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from the heat, add the melted butter and mix well.
  3. Divide the mixture into two equal parts, i.e. pour half of the mixture into another pan, leave the other half in this one. Add vanilla sugar to one part.
  4. The other is cocoa. Both mixtures are heated a little more until thickening. Stir constantly to avoid burning!
  5. Chop the nuts for the interlayer. It can be used to layer cookies or waffles. I have chocolate-covered waffles in my photo. They also need to be crushed, I did it with a knife. It is preferable to use nuts, because waffles and cookies get soaked over time and lose their “crispness”, become tasteless. I.e. if you are going to serve dessert almost immediately, then fine, but if you plan to store it in the refrigerator – then, definitely, use only nuts!
  6. Arrange the puddings in layers into cups, sprinkle each layer with chopped nuts (cookies, waffles). Sprinkle a little crumbs on top, too. You can decorate with chocolate chips. Put it in the refrigerator for a while so that everything finally thickens.
  7. Bon appetit!
