  1. Prepare the necessary products.
  2. Chop the onion.
  3. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
  4. Fry the onion in vegetable oil.
  5. Add the carrots to the onion.
  6. Cut the turkey into cubes.
  7. Lightly fry in another pan. Add the seasoning “Provencal herbs”.
  8. Put the pasta in a glass mold.
