Ingredients

Instructions
Prepare the products. Boil the beets until tender, cool and peel. Boil chicken stomachs in salted water until tender and cool.
Cut the onion into half rings.
Pour vegetable oil into a preheated frying pan. Lay out the chopped onion.
Fry for 3 minutes.
While the onion is being fried, cut the boiled chicken stomachs into strips.
Cut the pickles into strips.
Cut the boiled beets into strips.
Put the chopped ingredients in a cup. Add the fried onion, chopped garlic and garlic oil.
Mix well.
Ready.
