Wash the arugula and lettuce leaves, dry them and tear them.
Chop the walnuts (you can fry them in a dry frying pan). Cut the onion into thin half rings.
Peel the apple, cut into thin slices and sprinkle with lemon juice.
For dressing, mix olive oil, honey, salt and pepper
(I have a mixture of French herbs).
Pour the dressing over the onion, herbs, mozzarella and apple, mix gently and let stand for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle walnuts on top and serve.
