Instructions
Cut the radish, cucumber and carrot into small cubes.
Cut the chicken fillet into pieces and marinate for 10-15 minutes in teriyaki sauce.
Prepare the salad dressing. To do this, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, soy sauce, crushed garlic.
Lay out in layers, smearing with sauce: carrot, cucumber, radish.
Meanwhile, string the marinated fillet on small skewers.
And fry the skewers in a frying pan or on the grill.
Put the skewers on top of the salad, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
