Remove the skin from the duck fillet and cut off the fat – we won't need them. Fillet a little salt and pepper.
Prepare the marinade by mixing sesame oil, soy sauce and honey. Marinate the fillet for 30 minutes.
Next, preheat the grill. Dry the fillet. Place under the grill for 4-5 minutes, turning over if the grill is not in contact. Duck wrap in foil, keeping warm.
In a small saucepan, mix the orange juice with the starch, add the whole marinade and boil until thick. Remove from heat.
Fillet cut into pieces slightly larger than the size of the grapes that you will have. Grease them with thick marinade on all sides.
Put the pieces on skewers in alternation with the grapes.
