Instructions
Cut the carrots into strips using a vegetable peeler.
The zucchini is first peeled with a vegetable peeler, and then cut into ribbons.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, tear the lettuce, and mix everything together.
Add the chopped pickled mushrooms to the salad. I have these pickled pears in a jar.
Prepare the dressing. Mix honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, black pepper, vegetable oil.
Pour the salad dressing, mix, and sprinkle with sesame seeds, fried in a dry pan.
We transfer the finished salad to a container and take it with us on a picnic.
