Products.
Cut the carrots into strips.
First peel the zucchini with a vegetable peeler, and then cut into ribbons.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, tear the salad, mix everything.
Add chopped pickled mushrooms to the salad.
Prepare the dressing. Mix honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, ground black pepper, vegetable oil.
Pour the dressing over the salad, mix, sprinkle with sesame seeds fried in a dry pan.
We put the finished salad in a container and take it with us on a picnic.
