  1. Since I wasn’t going to expose the recipe, I made a few pieces in the photo. And there’s not much dough left in the cup. Melt the butter and cool it to room temperature. Pour the sugar into a cup and whisk with the eggs. Lightly beat the eggs with sugar until it dissolves. Then pour in the milk and butter. Mix it. Add the flour in parts (as you may need more or less of the specified amount), baking powder and a little salt. If desired, add vanilla sugar. Mix thoroughly. The dough turns out to be about like pancakes
  2. Lubricate the waffle iron with oil and heat it up. Put a full tablespoon of dough in a preheated waffle iron and bake for about 4-5 minutes. The baking time depends on your waffle iron.
  3. Cool the hot waffles on the grill.
  4. Serve waffles with tea or coffee with powdered sugar or chocolate paste, jam, honey, maple syrup, etc.to for your taste. Enjoy your meal!
