Instructions
Necessary product. The flour didn’t get into the frame.
Wash and grate the zucchini.
Grate cheese.
In a Cup, combine the zucchini, eggs and cheese.
Add corn, salt and pepper to taste.
Then flour and stir well until smooth. You may need a little more flour.
Put the mass with a tablespoon in the hot oil in a frying pan and fry on both sides over medium heat.
Serve with sour cream if desired. Bon Appetit!
