  1. Necessary product. The flour didn’t get into the frame.
  2. Wash and grate the zucchini.
  3. Grate cheese.
  4. In a Cup, combine the zucchini, eggs and cheese.
  5. Add corn, salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Then flour and stir well until smooth. You may need a little more flour.
  7. Put the mass with a tablespoon in the hot oil in a frying pan and fry on both sides over medium heat.
  8. Serve with sour cream if desired. Bon Appetit!
