  1. Prepare the ingredients.
  2. Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath.
  3. Beat the eggs with sugar.
  4. Add them to the melted chocolate, stirring with a whisk. Add rum. Then enter the sifted flour and mix well with a whisk.
  5. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Grease the molds with butter and sprinkle with cocoa.
  6. Fill the form with the dough and send it to the oven for 5-7 minutes. If you keep the molds in the oven longer, then the liquid filling will not work. Cool for 5 minutes and then gently flip onto a plate. Serve this dessert warm, cutting the middle so that the filling spills onto the plate. You can decorate with an ice cream ball, mint or your favorite fruits.
