Apple Pie “Charlotte” Recipe
Today I have a recipe for apple pie. Everything is very simple and fast, but most importantly – very tasty. There will be a lot of apples and a small dog, which is absolutely not felt. It’s probably more like dessert. And with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, it will turn out to be generally delicious. Orange candied fruits are added to give a “raisin” taste. We really liked this cake!!

  1. In this recipe, the number of apples does not matter, the weight can vary between 500-700 grams. The butter needs to be melted. Cinnamon and candied fruits – optional. I still like to add nutmeg to such pastries.
  2. Peel the apples and cut into small cubes.
  3. Beat eggs with sugar white. Then add the melted butter. Beat. Then cinnamon, salt, vanilla, candied fruits, apples.
  4. Flour should be added so much that there is no liquid here. So that all the apples are “wrapped” in dough.
  5. Gradually add the sifted flour.
  6. This is the dough I got.
  7. The form in which I will bake, grease with butter and sprinkle with semolina.
  8. To get a golden and crispy crust, sprinkle sugar on top. Preferably, of course, brown)
  9. And we send it to the oven preheated to 170 degrees, bake until ready. It’s better to focus on your oven. It took me a little less than an hour.
  10. I let the cake cool and take them out of the molds. Very ruddy, beautiful and fragrant.
  11. I turn to the form in which I will submit.
  12. If desired, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  13. And you can call everyone to the table. Tender, juicy, fragrant. It is good both cold and hot. It goes very well with an ice cream ball. Enjoy your meal!!!
