The main advantage of water pies is the simplicity of cooking. The filling can be different. I cooked with cheese, herbs and brisket, a standard set of products that is always in the refrigerator.

  1. Kefir, eggs and softened butter mix until smooth.
  2. Mix flour with baking powder, add salt and sugar, mix with liquid components. Mix well so that there are no lumps, let it brew. During this time, chop the brisket, onion and dill, grate the cheese.
  3. Grease the mold with oil and sprinkle with semolina, pour 1/2 of the dough.
  4. Lay out the filling-cheese, greens, brisket and again greens and cheese (in the photo only half of the filling).
  5. Fill everything with the second half of the dough.
  6. Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for about 30 minutes. Check the readiness with a stick.
  7. Ready!
