Prepare the marinade for the meat. In a bowl, combine honey, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, ketchup, vinegar and seasoning for meat.
Wash the loin on the bone, dry it and RUB with salt.
Then put the meat in the marinade, anoint well on all sides. Leave to marinate for half an hour (you can leave it in the refrigerator overnight).
Marinated meat fry on high heat with a little oil until Golden.
In a frying pan, after roasting the meat, fry for a couple of minutes the onion, cut into quarter rings.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices.
Add the onion, salt and 2 tbsp of vegetable oil to the potatoes.
Put the meat and vegetables in a baking dish. The addition of garlic is not forbidden.
Cover with foil and cook the dish at 180 degrees for 1 hour.
