  1. We cook minced pork or buy ready-made. Beat the minced meat a couple of times. Put salt, pepper, finely chopped onion in the minced meat, mix. Add 1 tbsp of crackers. You can take white breadcrumbs made from a dry stick, grate it on a grater, or you can use ordinary breadcrumbs bought in the store. Carefully connect everything.
  2. We form cutlets. I’m going to make some pretty big balls. Per serving of 1 pc. Visually, the minced meat will be divided into 4 parts, and a small part will remain in case you have to use it to form cutlets. From each part I will form circles, make a small recess in the middle and spoon the finished beans with vegetables in Italian into this recess. I will carefully fix the “butt seams” with my own hands. If you put too many beans, cover with more minced meat, which was left for this case.
  3. I will bake the cutlets in the oven and for this I will take a round shape with a non-stick coating D-24 cm. I’ll just put 4 pieces of rather large cutlets on it. Roll the formed cutlets in breadcrumbs and immediately put them on the mold. Put in the oven preheated to t-180 C for 15 minutes.
  4. During the baking process, I turned the pancakes over once so that they were evenly fried on both sides and were beautiful.
  5. For my oven, this time was enough for the cutlets to bake. Focus on your oven.
  6. Served with the remaining beans and vegetables in Italian. These beans are simply delicious!
  7. While I was doing this, I ate a few spoonfuls. Cutlets can be served with any side dish or just as an appetizer to one dish.
