Instructions
  1. And of course, my first assistant in the kitchen will be a combine harvester. Put a knife attachment for chopping, fill a bowl with any herbs to your taste (I have dill, parsley and a little cilantro), add salt, pepper mixture, ground coriander, Italian herbs, dry garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, grind into a pulp. You can add 5-6 cloves of garlic and replace the spices with your favorite ones.
  2. Wash the chicken drumsticks, dry them well, put them in a bowl and pour over the green marinade. Mix thoroughly and leave to marinate for two hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Put the slicing attachment in a food processor and chop the onion in three seconds.
  4. Grease the baking sheet with oil, spread out the chopped onion. Using the same slicing attachment, slice the peeled potatoes into thin rings in a food processor. It’s just magic, 12 seconds and slice the potatoes.
  5. Put half of the potatoes on the onion, put the chicken legs on the potatoes, again the potatoes and the remaining marinade from the chicken legs, do not salt. Cover everything with foil and put it in a preheated 170 °C oven for an hour. Check it out in 50 minutes. If you want to brown it, remove the foil and let it brown.
  6. We take the finished potatoes out of the oven, let them stand on the table for five minutes so that they rest from baking, so that all the juices are distributed evenly.
  7. Place on plates individually for each person or on one large dish and serve hot. Enjoy your meal!
