  1. In a bowl, combine the pieces of peeled banana, vegetable oil and eggs.
  2. Beat with a blender. Add the milk and stir.
  3. Add grated carrots, a pinch of salt and sugar. Stir.
  4. Add flour, baking powder, oatmeal and spices-cinnamon and ginger.
  5. Add slightly crushed walnuts. Mix the dough thoroughly.
  6. The dough is thick and does not drain from the spoon.
  7. Prepare a baking dish (cover the bottom with parchment, slightly grease the sides with vegetable oil, diameter-20 cm), lay out the dough.
  8. Send it to bake in a preheated 190 degree oven for 50-55 minutes (we focus on the features of our oven and check the readiness with a wooden skewer). Remove the finished pie from the oven and let it cool.
