  1. In a bowl, combine the softened butter (100 gr.), sugar (100 gr.) and salt. Beat with a blender.
  2. Add one egg at a time, continuing to beat.
  3. Add sour cream. Beat with a blender.
  4. Then add the sifted flour (250 gr.) with vanilla and baking powder. Mix with a spatula.
  5. Frozen berries are washed. Add two tablespoons of corn starch (or flour), roll. Add to the dough and mix everything together.
  6. The form is covered with parchment, pour the dough. I got two small cupcakes. You can make one if you want. Next, prepare the sand crumbs. Cold butter (50 gr.) RUB with flour (70 gr.) and sugar (30 gr.) until crumbs form. Sprinkle our crumbs on the cupcakes.
  7. Bake for 60-70 minutes in a preheated oven at a temperature of 170-175 degrees.
  8. Transfer the cooled cupcakes to a plate. Decorate as desired!
