Bread for Toast Recipe
Light in all respects toast bread, pleasing with its airy crumb and taste! Useful for fasting. The main thing is that the bread should be without preservatives and stored for 3-4 days in the bread box, and wrapped in food wrap – almost a month in the refrigerator. I wrote this just in case, because we ate it in one sitting with meat bread for toast!

  1. Prepare all the ingredients in advance. It may seem to you that there is a lot of sugar, but, as the chef advises, it is simply necessary for a beautiful crust and a beautiful crumb color when baking toast in a toaster.
  2. Put all the ingredients in the water, except flour, and mix well.
  3. Add flour and knead the dough. It should not be steep and stick to your hands.
  4. I prepared an 18X10X7 mold in advance, which I greased with oil, and covered the bottom with baking paper. Put the dough in a mold and sprinkle oatmeal on top (not necessarily, but I really like it).
  5. Put it in a warm place (I have a slightly heated microwave oven) for 40-50 minutes.
  6. Bake in a preheated 180*C oven until golden brown for 30-40 minutes. Focus on your oven.
  7. Remove the bread from the mold and cool on the grill. To make the bread look beautiful and cut well, wrap it in a film and put it in the refrigerator overnight. P.S And also, so that the bread does not crumble when sliced, it needs to be cut with a knife soaked in water.
  8. Serve with cheese, your favorite cold cuts, vegetables and lettuce leaves. Sweet tooth – marmalade, jam, honey, nutella and butter. For fasting, I recommend avocado with olive oil, tomatoes and cucumbers with lettuce leaves and olive oil. In short, a great flight for imagination! Today I will have meatloaf for bread.
  9. Thinly slice the bread. Place the meatloaf between two slices and bake in a toaster. Add your favorite vegetables. Enjoy your meal.
